Jeff Nott speaks at the Fremont Connection Club
Jeff Nott is an energetic, service-minded business executive, team coach, and the author of 1 Week 1 Thing: Freedom and Peace for the Business Owner. With over 30 years of hands-on knowledge in business operations excellence, Jeff has managed, owned, and operated several highly successful businesses within Silicon Valley. His diverse professional background includes chairing major youth conventions and serving on multiple non-profit boards. Drawing from a lifetime of experience—including the absolute dedication it took to raise an Olympic athlete—Jeff created the "1 Week 1 Thing" framework to help small-to-medium-sized business owners maximize their time, bypass overwhelm, and unlock breakthroughs by focusing on just one major business area each week.
Jeff's talk focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):Â what they are, why do they matter, KPI pitfalls to avoid, how they can shape performance for your business.
