Community

Community is essential. It is at the core of success.

As a Chamber, we must create a vision for a robust community and most importantly provide the leadership to make our community a better place.  This is why our chamber devotes considerable time and effort in the well being of our community.

The Chamber’s very mission and existence is to develop a better business environment by creating a desirable community.  Although there are many definitions of what constitutes a desirable community, many would agree that definition would include good schools, strong community and non-profit organizations, a rich cultural and civic life, and prestige of community. These are the conditions in which businesses thrive. Through our various programs and events, we strive to develop business leaders who understand the importance of supporting the community.

The Chamber counts a large number of local non-profits, cultural organizations, and educational institutions among its members, and helps promote their activities and provide them with opportunities to showcase their programs and services. We are pleased to share a listing of some of just some of the ways we enrich our community.
