State of the City
Every Spring, fellow Chamber members and community leaders convene for a lively and topical State of the City Address by the Honorable Mayor of Fremont who conveys what the future holds for our fair city. This event is the chamber’s most widely attended luncheon and receives full coverage in the local press – but you’re not going to want to miss out on getting the news firsthand!

State of the State Luncheon
The State of the State Luncheon Forum, hosted in conjunction with neighboring chambers, provides an opportunity for our representatives to the State Legislature to discuss and answer questions of interest to the business community. Topics include state budget and budget challenges, economic growth, business support and job creation.

State of the County Luncheon
The State of the County Luncheon Forum is a periodic that discusses topical issues of importance to those who live and work in Alameda County, including transportation, the County budget, and the provision of services. A question and answer period is included.

Access Sacramento
Chamber members travel together to Sacrament to meet with key legislators and decision-makers to discuss issues of critical importance to our business community. The trip provides important two-way communication on crucial topics. Statewide and regional officials are able to hear concerns and insights from local small and large business leaders – who in turn are able to ask questions and learn first-hand the latest information about laws and policies under consideration in Sacramento.

Fremont Street Eats
Fremont Street Eats is a food festival on wheels! Every Friday evening from May through October, from 4:30 - 9 p.m., a traveling caravan of eight to ten gourmet food trucks serve up sumptuous specialties from around the world, ranging from appetizers to dessert. You can mix and match cuisine from different trucks to create a personalized gourmet meal, at non-gourmet-restaurant prices.
Fremont Chamber members also have the opportunity to wow the crowds with their products and services. Participating members will be allowed a 10'x10' exhibit space where they can sell, demonstrate, educate and entertain our guests at Fremont Street Eats. And the best part...it’s free!

Mixers
Mixers are the fastest way to be known in the business community and still remain one of the most popular Chamber benefits. Mixers are a great way to stay in touch with colleagues and meet new contacts, and it is the perfect opportunity to educate attendees about your business and products. Successful mixers combine a fun atmosphere that fosters building new business relationships.
Mixers take place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and are hosted at different member locations throughout the city. Chamber members may attend mixers at no charge. Non-members are encouraged to attend two mixers to experience Chamber membership, however non-members must join the Chamber as a member should they wish to continue taking advantage of networking mixers.
b2B Procurement Fair
The b2B Procurement Fair features Supply Chain Managers, purchasers and procurement professionals from public agencies and private companies who are looking to talk to potential business partner. The event will give participants the opportunity for one on one meetings and networking with large public entities and private companies looking to diversify their supply chains or contract with local firms; and, hear a panel discussion featuring procurement professionals and government certification experts. Participants will learn how to access business development resources available from the County of Alameda and State of California. This event is free to attend.

Career & Community Resource Fair
The Career & Community Resource Fair is intended to provide job search advice and support, along with information about career training programs, support services and job openings, to members of our community who are out of work or in transition. Workshops have included Improving your Interviewing Skills; Job Search Strategies; Transitioning your Skills from one Career to Another; Starting Your Own Business: Is it for you?; Resources for Families; Money Management during a Recession; Resume Review by a Human Resource Professional (by appointment); Business Start-up Counseling (by appointment). Attendance is free.
