The Fremont Unified School District serves approximately 32,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12 with a staff of over 3,000 employees committed to lifelong education. Part of the Fremont-Newark Community College District, Ohlone College is a public, two-year, open-admission community college that prides itself on incorporating modern technology into its classrooms. Between its two campuses at Fremont and Newark and its online presence, Ohlone College enrolls nearly 17,000 students each year. Offering more than 190 degrees and academic programs makes this community college an inclusive choice for seekers of associate’s degrees and certificates, as well as for those who would like to stay relevant with industry-related vocational training and those who plan to transfer to a four-year college.
